Things of Life

Hiya! Things are busy here. We have friends coming to visit us next week and we are busy cleaning! I am flying to the east coast to work at the LPA (www.christlifemin.org) I am excited to see what God will do at this Prayer Advance. Yesterday I was reading in Revelation and God showed me that while we can NEVER lose our salvation Rev. 3:11 says, "Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown." While we never lose our salvation satan can definitely steal away our VICTORS crown! We must stay faithful to keep that victors crown. The thing that satan wants the most is to make us "non-effective christians". He wants us to be so steeped in sin that we lose sight of our goal and our finish line. I struggle with keeping my eyes on Him. The way of this world is definitely attracting but as Matthew says, "But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal." All things except souls are going to burn away someday and we must bring the good news to people. I can't wait to see what God has in store for today!

I have been teaching piano for almost three months now. It is difficult ( gives me appreciation for the poor people who had to teach me :-))) but it is really cool to impart your love of music to others! I took some photo's at my grandparents house a while ago and thought I'd post them! See ya,
JT

  1. Hi Jacob. I recently became FB friends with your mother and she had your family websites in info. I checked them out and have enjoyed your blog. We were reading through and thought it was neat to get a peak into your life. I think it is great that you give the Poll (trivia) questions. I just thought we'd say Hi since we were here reading on your blog!
    See you at next co-op.
